Our goal is always to get your orders to you quickly and smoothly as possible, here's what to expect:

We'll process and ship your order from our Bangkok warehouse within 48-72 hours, except on weekends and holidays - those get handled the next business day. During busy periods, your order may be slightly delayed but we'll let you know through email.

We've negotiated preferential rates with our courier partners & have passed the savings directly to you. All rates shown at checkout are based on weight, size and destination.

As a general guideline, international delivery estimates are:

✅ 3-6 days for Asia
✅ 3-10 days for North America/Europe
✅ 3-8 days for Australia/NZ
✅ 10 days for the Rest of World

Actual delivery time depends on the courier selected at check out. You'll also receive tracking information after your package has been shipped via email or SMS.

You're responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties incurred - we can't control those. Orders are DDU and customs may delay delivery past estimates.

For orders with in-stock and pre-order items, we'll send everything together once the pre-order is ready. If you want the in-stock items faster, you can place separate orders.
