Returns Policy
You can return a product within 21 days of the successful delivery date of your order for either a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are not included in the refunds. If you choose store credit, you will get an extra 5% credit based on the value of the items you return.
Please note, you are responsible for any return shipping fees and any associated charges including taxes, customs & duties.
Additionally, for all eligible returns, there is a $8 USD restocking fee that will be deducted from the returned order value.
Returns Eligibility
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- It must be sent back within 21 days from the date you received it.
- It must be in its original state: unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- It must include all original tags and packaging.
- It must be clean, free from blemishes, odors and animal/human hair
- It must not be personalized or customized in any way
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return policy requirements as examined by our returns department - in these cases, you will also be liable for the cost of delivery to ship the item back to you.
Non-Eligible Return Items
We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items, items sold at a discount/on sale and items marked as "final sale".
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on groin protectors for hygiene reasons – no exceptions.
Incorrect Orders
In the cases where an incorrect product was sent, we will cover the return shipping cost along with any associated charges. In these cases, we will also send you back the correct product free of charge.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fightquarters.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
Returns must be shipped with a fully tracked shipping service only - our customer support department will help you determine your best return options.
Any returns that are sent without our acknowledgement and agreement will be refused.
Processing Returns & Refunds
Returns can take up to 7 business days to process once your return has reached our warehouse. Our returns department will conduct an inspection and we will notify you about the status of your return.
If approved, exchanges and store credits will be completed within 3-4 business days. Whilst refunds to your original payment method may take up 14 business days depending on the payment method you selected during checkout.
