Order Processing

We aim to process & dispatch all in-stock orders within 48-72 hours from our warehouse in Bangkok.

Orders are not dispatched during weekends or public holidays (Thailand). For orders placed on weekends or public, they will be processed on the following Monday or the next following business day.

During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing your shipment. In these rare circumstances, we will always promptly notify you via email.

Orders containing both in-stock & pre-order items

In these cases, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. If, however you would like to receive the "in-stock" items first, we recommend you ordering the products in separate orders. Please note, that separate orders will incur their own shipping fees.

International Shipping Timelines

Here's a guide to our estimated delivery times from our courier partners across for different regions:

• Asia: ~3-6 business days
• North America: ~3-10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: ~3-8 business days
• Europe: ~3-10 business days
• Rest of World: ~10 business days

Please note, these are general timelines under normal circumstances and may be subject to variations due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local carrier performance.

Rest assured, for all our orders, we proactively track shipment delivery status and will liaise with couriers for orders that are delayed to ensure they get to you as swiftly as possible.

International Shipping Fees

We have negotiated and secured preferential rates with our courier partners and are able to pass these savings directly to you.

The cost of shipping your order internationally will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. Shipping fees are determined based on the weight, dimensions of your package, and where you are based.

Track your Order

Upon dispatch, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order's tracking details. The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us immediately within a few hours hours of placing your order - we may be able to change it if it has not been shipped out yet.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot update the shipping address. In these cases, we recommend you directly contacting the courier yourself with your tracking number and details to inquire about the possibility of changing your address. 

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

At Fight Quarters we are committed to serving international customers and delivering our products globally. However it's important to keep in mind that when you place an order with us it will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

As a result you are accountable and responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

For countries with high de minimis thresholds for import taxes & duties such as:

• United States -> $800 USD 
• Australia -> $1000 AUD 
• New Zealand -> $1000 NZD 

You will unlikely need to pay any import taxes or duties if your order value is under the above thresholds. However, these fees are entirely subject to discretion of customs and may change at time of delivery

If your order requires you to pay import duties and taxes and you choose not to pay the required fees shipment will be considered abandoned and unfortunately no refund will be issued. It is crucial to settle these fees in order to ensure the final delivery of your order.

In cases where customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. It's important to understand that customs policies differ across countries so its advisable to reach out to your customs office for information and to avoid any unexpected charges.

Additionally, we cannot undervalue orders or label them as gifts.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible order and items, you can return a product within 21 days of the successful delivery date of your order for either a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are not included in the refund/exchange/store credit. 

Please note, you are responsible for any return shipping fees and any associated charges including taxes, customs & duties. Returns are also subject to a $8 USD restocking fee.
